At How-To-Sue, our mission is simple: to empower people with clear, jargon-free guidance. Behind every claim guide, compensation calculator, and support article lies valuable insight into user behaviour—insight that our Data Analysts help to uncover and act upon.

We are looking for two motivated Data Analysts who are passionate about driving improvements through data. You’ll work closely with our content, web development, and advisory teams to turn raw information into practical strategies that improve the user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  Collect and interpret website analytics to understand how users interact with our content and tools.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation
  Design and evaluate experiments to optimise content presentation, usability, and navigation.
• Reporting & Dashboards
  Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports to share performance insights across teams.
• User Behaviour Tracking
  Spot trends and potential issues in how users engage with our services, and suggest practical improvements.
• Collaboration
  Present findings in plain language and work with content writers, UX designers, and management to put them into action.
